Was nach Zukunftsmusik klingt, k\u00f6nnte die Automatisierung gerade f\u00fcr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen deutlich vereinfachen. Am Fraunhofer IEM erforschen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler, wie agentische KI den Programmier- und Integrationsaufwand von Industrierobotern reduzieren kann.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Denn obwohl moderne Robotersysteme viele Aufgaben technisch l\u00e4ngst \u00fcbernehmen k\u00f6nnen, ist ihre Einrichtung h\u00e4ufig aufwendig. Besonders bei kleinen Losgr\u00f6\u00dfen, wechselnden Produkten und flexiblen Fertigungsprozessen sto\u00dfen klassische Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen an wirtschaftliche Grenzen.<\/p>\n

Hier setzt das Konzept des Agentic Selfadaptive Shopfloor Robot an. Mithilfe spezialisierter KI-Agenten sollen Roboter k\u00fcnftig Aufgaben in nat\u00fcrlicher Sprache entgegennehmen, ihre Umgebung selbstst\u00e4ndig analysieren und passende Roboterprogramme erzeugen k\u00f6nnen. Wie das funktioniert, zeigen die Forschenden anhand eines Demonstrators, bei dem ein kollaborativer Roboter unterschiedliche Objekte erkennt, greift und sortiert. Bevor ein generiertes Programm ausgef\u00fchrt wird, wird es automatisch gepr\u00fcft und muss durch den Menschen freigegeben werden.<\/p>\n

Der Ansatz zeigt, wie agentische KI den Einstieg in die Robotik erleichtern und flexible Automatisierung auch f\u00fcr mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen wirtschaftlicher machen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n
