ChAIngeLab: Connecting AI knowledge – exclusively from practice and research

With ChAIngeLab, Fraunhofer IEM offers an exclusive workshop format for up to ten companies that want to actively shape the use of artificial intelligence. Moderated by experts in change and transformation, the workshop series combines sound scientific insights with practical experience.

The aim is to identify the fundamental requirements for the introduction of AI in the company, to involve the entire organization in the change process, and to develop concrete next steps. In addition to knowledge transfer, participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers from different industries and learn from each other. The program is individually tailored to the needs of the participating companies and offers answers to specific questions relating to change through AI.

The format is hybrid, taking place at Fraunhofer IEM in Paderborn and in the virtual space that we provide.
